Pawan Deshpande is the CEO of HiveFire, which he founded in 2007.  HiveFire is a machine learning and natural language processing startup that helps businesses increase their online-communications relevance.  As a result of using HiveFire, businesses experience increasing, qualified, online-traffic recurrence and natural-search, SEO impact, without the need for additional staff or technology.  HiveFire’s philosophy is that online marketing software should be easy, but powerful, giving executives influence in all online channels, including Social Media.  Deshpande leads the overall management and product development strategy for the company. Prior to founding HiveFire, Deshpande served at both Microsoft and Google. Pawan attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) for both his graduate and undergraduate degrees in Computer Science.

Julie Valenti is responsible for leading the expansion of Yesmail's Interactive Solutions available to our clients. Part of the Yesmail team since 1999, Julie has close ties to the Client Services organization and has a pulse on our marketers' needs and challenges as they expand into the social space and development of complete multi-channel strategies.  Prior to joining Yesmail, Julie developed her career in marketing, application and product development.  Julie has a B.A. in Business Management from Wittenberg University.
